"a unique space bringing people and cats together"

little bean's cat cafe is a cat rescue and community space modeled after a living room. The cage-free design lets cats and people mingle together in a comfortable space.

What We Offer at little bean's cat cafe

Cat Adoptions

The cafe is home to a small number of adoptable cats and kittens - each looking for their new forever home

Mini-cafe

While not a full-service restaurant, the cafe sells bottled coffee, drinks, and snacks for visitors to enjoy.

Locally sourced gift-shop

Our gift shop features an assortment of gifts, decor, and art from local artisans. All purchases go to supporting the cats and the community.

Lounge Space

Meet up with friends for a coffee, or just relax in one of our comfy chairs and recharge with a book or enjoy our complimentary wifi.

Community Event Space

Come to one of our planned events - like children's story-book reading, movie nights, fundraisers - or book a birthday party, meeting, or other event!

Volunteer Space

our cafe is run entirely by volunteers - and you can join us! Help take care of our resident cats and meet other cat-enthusiasts!

why a cat cafe?

There are a lot of factors to consider when looking to adopt a new pet, but adoption events are stressful for cats and often don't give a good sense of what a cat will be like at home.

little bean's cat cafe seeks to provide a stress-free and relaxed environment where potential adopters can spend time and get to know their new furry friends.

Adoptable cats are introduced to the space and each other slowly, but once they are acclimated - they are free to roam the cafe with no cages or kennels - allowing them to settle in and show their best selves to potential adopters.

Coming soon to downtown San Martin!

little bean's will be opening in the corner space at the intersection of E San Martin Ave and Depot St.

Why San Martin?

little bean's founder moved to San Martin three years ago, looking to escape the suburbs of the Bay Area. San Martin offers a unique blend of small-town feels while still offering access to everything Silicon Valley has to offer. We believe in supporting our neighbors, and hope little bean's becomes an active part of San Martin's community.
